Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components.
Our online shipping is only to private customers (consumer) and only within the EU.
Shipping is carried out from the country of delivery with the Österreichische Post (Austrian Postal Service). The package delivery times are adhered to over 90%. However, we cannot guarantee compliance with the parcel delivery times. Orders are shipped on the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders (related to holidays in Austria) are shipped on the next business day.
Shipping method, delivery time and shipping costs:
a) Standard postal shipping within Austria:
• Delivery is made in boxes suitable for online shipping to the address* specified in the order (purchase process / check-out). Per carton a content of max. 4 perfumes (each 50ml/1,7fl.oz.) is allowed. For orders exceeding this amount, additional shipping costs will be charged.
• Delivery time**: 2 – 3 working days

b) Standard postal shipping to Germany:
• Delivery is made in boxes suitable for online shipping to the address* specified in the order (purchase process / check-out). Per carton a content of max. 4 perfumes (each 50ml/1,7fl.oz.) is allowed. For orders exceeding this amount, additional shipping costs will be charged.
• Delivery time**: 4 – 7 working days
• Shipping costs**: € 9.90
c) Standard postal shipping to all other EU countries:
• Delivery is made in boxes suitable for online shipping to the address* specified in the order (purchase process / check-out). Per carton a content of max. 4 perfumes (each 50ml/1,7fl.oz.) is allowed. For orders exceeding this amount, additional shipping costs will be charged.
• Delivery time**: 4 – 7 working days
• Shipping costs***: € 12.90
*In case of undeliverability due to a wrong, incomplete, or non-existent address, there is no right to a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs by MAX-SUE e.U.
**Delivery times are indicative. For external delays that cannot be influenced by MAX-SUE e.U. or by a delay in delivery caused by the carrier, no liability claim or right of withdrawal (in the legal sense of online commerce) arises against MAX-SUE e.U.
